Occasionally, within one's life, there are circumstances or situations in which one can benefit from a third party's assistance. I received a referral to see Helen Kazemi at a time I needed an outside perspective to assist me with some situations that life had thrown my way.

I initially saw Helen with little optimism but an open mind. When she asked me why I had come to visit her, I wasn't sure I could even answer her question, as I knew I needed some assistance, but I wasn't sure that I could articulate how or why.
